For all careers, three elements combine for a person’s overall effectiveness: 1) knowledge of the job, 2) task or technical skills, and 3) interpersonal communication skills. There are formal education and training programs to help develop knowledge and technical skills, but interpersonal communication skills are often left to trial-and-error personal experience. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was an easy and effective way to learn interpersonal communication skills? Keys of Communication provides this easy and effective way.

Keys of Communication is an all-digital training program that is the result of over 30 years of research and practical experience. The course is built around profiles participants receive on their communication style and communication effectiveness. The profiles are developed from the feedback of up to five respondents participants choose to complete an online survey.

What is the benefit of receiving profiles on your communication style and communication effectiveness? Think of the profiles like a friend or a mirror. A friend gives you a compliment or perhaps points out an annoying habit, neither of which you would have been aware of without your friend’s feedback. Similarly, without a mirror, it would be difficult to know how you look and what adjustments to make before going outside.
